Special thank you to the Baillie Family and
Mitch Harrison from Harro's Snowsports

We are now camping at Bushy Park which is Rod & Mon Baillie's property located about 10 minutes before Jindabyne.

They have generously offered up a spot on their farm for us to use for the weekend and will supply us with a site shed that contains a toilet facilities.

Camping is available on both the Friday and Saturday night.

Please bring your own drinking water.

Check the event group chat for the actual address of the property.

We have arranged for a coach to transport us to and from Coolamatong Golf Course.

Schedule

7:30am - Players arrive to Bushy Park

7:35am - The first load of players departs in the first shuttle bus trip to the main road. The main road (corner of Kosciuszko Road and Bushy Park Road) is about 10 minutes from the campground and this is where the coach will collect all players as it can't enter the campground area.
We will need to do multiple trips which is why the first shuttle will leave so early. it will also take some time to unpack all the golf clubs.

8:30am - All players depart main road near Bushy Park on coach

8:45am - arrive Coolamatong Golf Course

6:00pm - depart Coolamatong Golf Course

6:15pm - arrive back to main road and wait for shuttle to drop players back to campground

Matt Breen, founder of Running for Resilience, will be presenting at the Snowy Mountain Classic.
Matt created Running for Resilience, in 2019 with the mission to inspire hope and prevent suicide through community and exercise. What began as a small group of 20 people has now evolved into a vibrant movement, with over 500 participants joining weekly to walk, jog, and run together.

Matt’s commitment to mental health and suicide prevention has been recognised widely, including his nomination for ACT Young Australian of the Year. Through Running for Resilience, Matt aims to achieve a suicide-free ACT by 2033, fostering open conversations about mental health and supporting those in need.

We have decided to change things up ahead of the Snowy Mountain Classic.
We are now donating all funds raised to our dad and the best bloke ever, Lovie, who is scheduled to undergo Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) as part of his battle with Parkinson’s disease.
Parkinson’s hits hard, affecting movement and balance, and DBS can be game changer for those who qualify. It’s a surgical procedure where electrodes are implanted in the brain to hopefully help manage symptoms. While it won’t cure Parkinson’s, it can help Lovie regain more control, both physically and mentally.
We're rallying around him to make sure he gets the support he needs, before and after surgery, so he can keep enjoying life.
